DEPOSITS
Deposits are all made automatically when booking an appointment online via card. Some smaller brow services require full prepaid payment at time of booking. If only a deposit/booking fee is put down at the time of booking it will be taken off on the day and the remainder can be paid cash or via the card saved on file. Deposits are non refundable and in some cases non transferable. If you do cancel before 48 hours your deposit will be kept on file for next time. Covid is no longer an unforeseeable reason for cancellation or no showing, you book at your own risk of knowing that if you have to isolate or you get sick and have to cancel that if 48hrs is not given your deposit is forfeited. I truly try to be as understanding as I can but to continue my small business these are the policies I do have to implement.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to reschedule or cancel this needs to be done online 48+ hours before your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 48 hours will need to contact me & will occur a 50%-100% charge of the service/s booked.
Cancellations for Ombre brow appointments- I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and I kindly request that you provide me with at least 14 days notice due to the long time booked out for these services. If 14 days can't be provided you will need to rebook online and re pay your booking fee. You will lose your booking fee if 14 days is not given. I send out a consult once booked to 100% make sure we can go forward with the treatment, this must be filled out immediately. If you do not fill out the form before treatment and we cannot go ahead on the day you do forfeit your deposit. If you fill out the form straight away and you have a contraindication, I will refund you your deposit or you can use it towards any other services.
NO SHOWS
No shows with no point of contact (you not messaging me or calling me) won’t be tolerated and you will be taken from my client list and no longer able to book with me in the future. 'forgetting' your appointment, showing up at the wrong location, getting lost, not noting my address down from the consult and being over 10 minutes late will also be considered as a no show. Although you may have contacted me it is still considered a no show as you are now unable to make it on time there for I will not be able to complete your treatment as I have specific allocated time that I need for each appointment, I have very high standards and will not cut corners to just 'fit you in' the location you have booked can also be double checked on your online account by logging in, ANY of these no show reasons you forfeit your deposit/booking fee, & will have to pay the remainder of the appointment if you would like to rebook. let's respect each other's time :)
RUNNING LATE
Your appointment may be cancelled if you are running 10+ minutes late and my no-show policy will apply. Running late will affect the timing of your treatment and it may be cancelled if there is no longer enough time to complete the services, if I am able to go ahead with your appointment if you are running late, it may be a rushed appointment, or something may have to be taken out such as a dye, I always try to accommodate as long as it doesn't impact the rest of my clients booked in. You must get in contact to let me know via text on 0438 932 642 please try not to call as I can't answer while with clients.
If I am running late for some reason, I will always text you to let you know. This is very rare for me! but if it is just a few mins I will ask you to wait in your car as I finish up.
REFUNDS
I have a no refund policy; this is in place to protect my small business. If you are unable to attend your appointment you can cancel it online and your booking fee will transfer to a credit that can be used towards another service or product. IF you are unhappy with a service please get in contact and I will reply at the next convenient time. If in the case I am able to refund you this is minus admin & transaction fees.
