BEFORE & AFTER CARE

BEFORE- EYELASH EXTENSIONS 

Come to your appointment with no makeup or face oils/moisturisers on.

If you have had a lash lift you must wait 10 weeks until getting lash extensions.

AFTER- EYELASH EXTENSIONS 

Do not go swimming for 24 hours showers and normal face washing is now fine straight away.

Do not pick or pull your lashes.

Do not sleep on your face.

Do not apply mascara or makeup to your lashes.

Do not get oil on or near your lashes.

Do not let shower water directly hit your lashes, cup your hands to splash them when cleaning.

Brush your lashes daily.

Change your lash brush regularly- I give you a new one at every appointment.

Clean your lashes with TK lash foam every day (can purchase in Studio) 

After cleaning or getting your lashes wet blow dry on cool setting to fluff them back to normal and re open your fans and then brush them.

Get regular refills every 2-3 weeks.

BEFORE- LASH LIFTS

No eye makeup to be worn to your appointment.

Wait 2-10 weeks after having lash extensions to get a lash lift (depends on your lash health)

Come to your appointment with no eye makeup 

AFTER- LASH LIFTS 

Do not wet your lashes for 24 hrs.

Do not use mascara or lash serums for 2-5 days.

Do not get oil on your lashes for the first 24 hours.

Do not sleep on your face.

Do not use waterproof mascara.

Everytime you get them wet brush them.

When removing mascara cleanse it off in gentle down wards motions with micellar on a cotton pad.

Do not wash your eyes with your fingers in circle motions, this will disrupt your curl.

1-2 days post start to use a specific lash serum or oil to re hydrate and maintain your lash curl.

Be as gentle as you can to not disturb the process and setting of the lashes, if you have watery eyes this could disrupt your results, also please note that as your new lashes grow thru they will be straight and you may go thru a ''criss cross'' stage. The best way to help this is relift after 8 weeks or let your lifted lashes drop/shed out. I also offer a lash relaxing service. 

BEFORE ANY BROW SERVICES 

Do not use retinol, vit c or any active skin care on or around your brow area.

Do not have any active skin facials or peels you must wait 2 weeks post facials.

Gently exfoliate your brows the day before to remove any dry dead skin.

Do not have fresh fake tan on (it will change the colour of the tint/dye on your brows) a couple days old tan is usually fine.

AFTER- BROW TINT AND DYE WITH WAX DESIGNS 

Do not wet or wash your brows for the first 24 hrs. I also suggest keeping your brows as dry from water as long as possible for a longer lasting stain.

Do not put any active skin care over your brows except a light moisturiser.

Do not exfoliate brows for 2 weeks post treatment.

AFTER- EYEBROW LAMINATIONS

Do not wet or wash your brows for the first 24 hrs.

Do not sleep on your face.

Do not use any active skincare on your brows.

Wait 24hrs before applying brow products/makeup.

Apply brow oil daily after the 24hrs (can purchase in studio)

Brush when wet into place daily.

Can use brow soap 2+ weeks post lamination to help style, this must be washed off and can disturb the longevity of the procedure.

Condition your brows after 2 weeks daily/weekly.

BEFORE- BROW TATTOOING

Stop any active skin care 2+ weeks prior to your appointment.

Botox or filler must be done 2 weeks pre or post if you get these treatments.

AFTER- BROW TATTOOING 

The first 14 days are the most important to get the best healing & results. 

A few hours after your appointment clean your eyebrows with a damp water wipe to remove any excess fluid or blood from the area. 

Keep your brows dry using no product for 48 hours. 

After 48 hours use a half a pea size amount of the cream I give you 3-4 times a day for 7 days still wiping your brows clean with a water wipe everyday before re applying.

Do not get anything else on your brows except for the cream for the full 14 days, this includes makeup and face creams.

No sun exposure at all for 14 days 

Apply sunscreen over your brows everyday 4 weeks post treatment to avoid fading and colour change.
