HOW LONG DOES LAMINATION LAST?

Lamination can last up to 6 weeks, but as hair grows naturally grows/falls out in this time you will have new hair growth that wont be laminated, I say its freshest for the first 2 weeks and then goes to a more fluffy look after that, the hairs will still fluff and hold up but may need a helping hand with some brow soap or more time spent styling them, this treatment requires maintenance.

I DONT WANT MY BROWS TO BE TOO DARK 

That is totally fine, lets give you a natural colour! but if your brow hairs are dark brown remember we have to match the colour but it just means we can do that shade of colour but a lighter stain on the skin.

DO I HAVE TO GET A DYE OR WAX WITH MY LAMINATION 

No, it will not change the price if you decide to leave the dye or wax out but in my experience it always finishes it off much nicer. We can go over this in your consult.

HOW DO I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?

Cancellations/rescheduling MUST be made via your online account 48+ hours before your scheduled service/s. I do not accept cancelations via text or Instagram as I am with clients and have a big clientele list I can not manage my phone 24/7 and this needs to be your responsibility to reschedule or cancel your own appointment. I have an amazing online system that is user friendly and very easy to navigate.

please note -Deposits are non refundable or transferable, your deposit can be used toward another appointment in the future and will be kept on your file. 

WHAT IS YOUR ADDRESS/LOCATION?

I am based in 3046 at my home studio, the address will be given to you 2 days prior to your appointment and no earlier due to privacy. The address will be sent via your confirmation text along with a consult (for new clients) that includes more information like a map, parking and tips. If you have not received this please go into your online account via my ‘book now’ button log on and double check the mobile number you have given is correct. I prefer you getting my address this way then asking me via text or insta as I give very detailed instructions of how to best find me and getv the most from your appointment with me, this insures you cannot get lost and is a secure way of giving you my home address.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Once you have booked your appointment online and I accept it, you will get a confirmation email, if you do not receive an email after a few days that means your booking has not gone thru or you have entered the wrong email. You can check this my logging back into your account on my online booking. If you are still unsure please get in contact. 

CONFIRMATION TEXT 

A confirmation text will be sent to you 2 days (48hrs) prior to every appointment, you are responsible for remembering your appointment this is simply a friendly confirmation text not a reminder text and if it by chance has reminded you and you need to cancel you will not be able to online as it will be inside of the 48hrs and my cancellation policy will be applied, there is also no need to respond to this (it's a computer number not a phone) if you do for some reason respond to cancel via this computer text I won’t see this there for a fee will apply.  

CONSULT FORMS

I am a completely paperless studio, so all consult forms are done before your appointment by you online, this is very important so I can get a better understanding of you and your history before you come in. It also saves time in studio so I get to spend all the time with you and not filling out forms. If you don't fill out the form I will try and remind you but sometimes I miss it there for this will eat into your precious time with me doing your service as I am unable to extend service times. Your form is kept securely and confidentially on my system. 

DO YOU REMEMBER THE COLOUR DYE YOU USE ECT?

I make notes on your file at each appointment to refer back to so you get a consistent treatment, after a few times I am pretty good at remembering your wants & needs, but if you ever want to adjust something or change it up just let me know!

HOW DO I BOOK?

Thru my online booking system that can be found on my instagram or on my home page of this website. Its super simple and the quickest way. 

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO PUT A DEPOSIT?

You will not be able to book without a deposit or at least a previous card on file. 

WHEN ARRIVING TO MY HOME STUDIO

No need to text on arrival, coming to my home studio you should see my studio from the street, it has a separate entry to my house thru glass sliding doors, you will also usually be able to see if I am still with a client or finishing up, as I run back to back please keep this in mind as I don't have a traditional waiting area. There is always street parking available and I encourage you to wait in your car until your appointment time.
